Secure-link mode sends you to MetaApi to enter credentials there; SignalRankAI never receives that password. Direct mode encrypts the password before persistence and never returns it to the browser. A connection never enables trading by itself.

Premium+ users can connect their own exchange account. Keys must be read + trade only; withdrawal and transfer permissions must remain disabled. Connecting never enables trading.
Bybit permissions are verified provider-side. Binance/Binance.US can be stored securely now, but execution remains disabled until their provider-side permission verification and order adapter are certified.
