General terms for SignalRankAI web, mobile, Telegram and connected-account features. Last updated 3 October 2026.

Educational market intelligence

SignalRankAI provides algorithmic market analysis, research tooling and controlled trading workflows. It does not guarantee profits, returns, win rates, suitability or that any signal will reach a target before a stop or expiry.

Your decisions

You remain responsible for whether to trade, what account to use, position sizing, leverage, tax obligations and compliance with your broker, employer, prop firm and local law. Past or simulated performance is not a promise of future results.

Eligibility

SignalRankAI account creation is limited to people who confirm they are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms in their jurisdiction. A broker, exchange or local law may impose additional eligibility restrictions.

Accounts and security

Keep credentials and recovery codes private. Do not impersonate another user, bypass access controls, scrape private data, interfere with the service or provide broker credentials you are not authorised to use.

Broker execution

Broker connection never means execution is authorised. Execution remains subject to explicit opt-in, separate execution-risk terms, provider readiness, account ownership, reconciliation, risk limits, quote freshness, market/session checks and platform kill switches.

Subscriptions

Paid plans change product access and limits only. They do not purchase a guaranteed trading outcome. Prices and duration shown at checkout are server-authoritative; renewal/cancellation details appear in Billing before purchase and in the account after activation.

Third-party services

Payment, Telegram, broker, exchange, market-data, AI and hosting providers operate under separate terms and availability. A third party may restrict access by country, account type or product, even when SignalRankAI supports the integration technically.

Performance claims

Public performance claims must be evidence-backed and separately certified by the platform's statistical controls before publication. Unverified point estimates, screenshots or isolated winning periods must not be treated as certified performance.

Content and intellectual property

SignalRankAI software, interface, analysis presentation and original platform content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not copy, republish, scrape or redistribute restricted content in a way that violates applicable rights or provider licences. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact support with the exact material and basis of the claim.

Changes and suspension

Features may be changed, restricted or disabled for security, legal, provider, reliability or risk reasons. Material term changes should be published with an updated date; separately accepted execution-risk terms may require renewed acceptance.

Trading can result in substantial loss. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose, and understand leverage before enabling any execution workflow.
