Information we handle
SignalRankAI may process account identity and contact data, Telegram linkage, preferences, watchlists, journal entries, subscription and receipt records, support messages, security logs, device/session information and broker-connection metadata required for supported workflows.
Broker and trading data
Where you connect a broker or execution provider, SignalRankAI may process account identifiers, permissions, balances, positions, orders, fills and reconciliation evidence needed for the feature you enable. Withdrawal permissions are not required for supported execution workflows and should remain disabled.
Why data is used
Data is used to provide the requested service, secure accounts, reconcile subscriptions, enforce risk and entitlement controls, maintain audit evidence, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations. Consent is used only where consent is the appropriate lawful basis.
Marketing consent
Marketing consent is optional and separated from account creation. Transactional, security, billing and service messages may still be sent when necessary to operate your account even if marketing consent is off.
Sharing and processors
Data may be shared with infrastructure, database, email, payment, Telegram, broker or market-data providers only as needed for the relevant service, plus regulators or authorities where lawfully required. Provider terms and geographic restrictions can also apply.
Retention and security
SignalRankAI aims to minimise collection, restrict access, encrypt secrets and network transport, keep security/audit evidence and retain information only for product, billing, dispute, safety, fraud-prevention and legal needs before deletion or anonymisation.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access or correction, object to or restrict qualifying processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, request deletion where available and complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Account deletion
Request deletion through Support. Some security, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, legal or dispute records may need to be retained even after account closure. Deletion of one channel does not automatically remove records lawfully required in another connected service.
